Lindberg Fluid Power (Formerly Universal Vise & Tool UVT) has been in the mill type, heavy-duty, and custom hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder business since 1945 and a division of CMG since 1980.

Multiple CAD engineering stations and a comprehensive machine shop and assembly area allows us to respond to both your standard and custom applications. Lindberg specializes in custom cylinders for specific applications. No matter if your requirement is for one cylinder or 500 cylinders.

We maintain records of all engineering data pertaining to each cylinder ordered to assure prompt delivery of replacement parts, regardless of the cylinder age.

Lindberg has the capability of manufacturing cylinders up to a 24” bore. Our hydraulic cylinders can be engineered to 3,000 psi capacity or beyond. We also have repair service that can turn any manufacturer’s old leaky cylinder into a sturdy, efficient product at 50 – 60% the cost of a new cylinder.
